The
Patterson Technology Center provides the opportunity for the practicing dentist to leverage
the talent of local programmers for data conversion. This process can expedite the
installation of a system, reduce the cost of a conversion, and increase the amount of data
converted. The PTC provides the data file layouts or toolkit to aid in the success of these
conversions. We are able to convert as much data as provided.
The
process and investment are as follows:

Any local programmer can receive the toolkit
documentation by providing their name,
address, phone number, and the name of the
client in which they are working. The local
programmer should follow the layouts exactly
to guarantee a successful conversion.
- In addition to the toolkit information, they will
receive a conversion team contact to insure an
easy process.
- An evaluation is required before training and conversion
is scheduled.
- Evaluation results will be provided to the rep, the
client, and the local programmer.
- The local programmer will be responsible for billing the
client directly for the service they provide.
Patterson will charge the client for services
rendered on our end.
- Patterson will take the text file format and convert
into EagleSoft files for $540.
